We have 4 new ciders to share with you… Golden Child is a fruity, wild and authentic cider. Our cidermaker, Wes Hunter, describes it as a wild barrel fermented Golden Russet cider blended with MacIntosh. It is fermented with select Brettanomyces strains for additional character. Nowhere to Rhum is a soft, complex and adventurous cider. It is a hyslop crab apple cider aged in Rhum Barrels for five months. It is soft, creamy and full of tropical Rhum character. Blackbird is a lively, crisp and vibrant cider. It is inspired by ‘Vulture’; Blackbird is a blend of Golden Russet, Northern Spy, Dolgo Crab Apple and local black currents. This cider has an up front acidity and a round full body. Boys Brunch has made it’s return and remains hoppy, aromatic and crushable! It is showcasing five aromatic hops - Citra, Vic Secret, Galaxy, Mandarina Bavaria and Azacca. The cider is hoppy with citrus aromas and balanced acidity complementing the tropical hop blend, We also have a cider on tap only called ‘Tea Time’ - a smooth barrel aged cider finished with English Breakfast tea. Balanced with a dry finish..
