Our Ciders
Golden Hour
Soft. Vibrant. Rich. When the Golden Hour glow hits the sky, it allows us all a chance to slow down, breath in deep, and take in the natural beauty of our environment. No words needed. Just an opportunity to stop and reflect.

The Details.
-
Nose
Tropical fruit, distinct russet character, sweet brandy notes
-
Palate
Full bodied, boozy with soft ripe apple flavour. Tropical fruit notes linger and the brander barrel character comes through at the end.
-
Process
Golden Russet juice was delivered from Halls orchard in November and fermented at cold temperatures. The juice was transferred to Brandy barrels from County Cooperage and aged for three months.
-
Service Notes
Serve cool but not ice cold. Let stand upright in fridge until all sediment has settled. Pour slowly and leave some cider remaining in bottle. Fine bubble will rise when open. 4-6 oz pour for best results. Wine glass prefered.
